Mortenson Construction contacted our company to manage their 60th anniversary celebration. Elements involved concurrent annual meetings followed by a company-wide reception, a VIP dinner and program for 700 plus employees and their spouses, followed by an after party.  We assisted with:

• A traveling audio-visual program held in outstate locations in conjunction with annual meetings

• Sourced and booked Minneapolis venue

• Hired audio visual production company, coordinated needs with 12 different internal clients

• Assisted with food and beverage planning

• Maintained event budget and invoicing

• Worked with décor company on overall visual expression and installation
